We provide the industry expertise a landowner needs when choosing the right developer to maximise the potential of their land. We then negotiate and advise on the key decisions of a joint venture agreement.

As part of our service, we charge a success fee for finding a development partner who will deliver them a greater return.

In return for introducing landowners who engage with us we pay out the majority of this success fee to our referral partners.
